Daring Greatly™ for Women
Show Up. Be Seen. Live Brave.™
8-week Workshop starting January 2019
“People who wade into discomfort and vulnerability and tell the truth about their stories are the real badasses.” -Brené Brown
You’re really trying to show up for your life. But sometimes, you find yourself getting stuck and you aren’t quite sure why. You do your best to make sure everyone else sees the curated, “perfect” version of you. While this works sometimes, not being able to show up as exactly who you are is taking it’s toll - you’re experiencing burnout or lacking true connection with your those in your life.
Join me and a small group of likeminded women as we wade into what it means to Show Up, Be Seen, and Live Brave™ in a messy world. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll learn the tools to deepen your understanding of your own story and what is holding you back. You’ll gain clarity on your core values to help guide you as you develop your shame resilience practice in a safe environment.
As Brené Brown says, “Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love, belonging, and joy…Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
Dates: Wednesdays beginning January 30th for 8 weeks
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm EST
Where: Grant Park - 1030 Grant St SE, Atlanta, GA
For about $60 per week, you’ll deepen your understanding of yourself and the research of Brené Brown to develop a shame resilience practice that leads to courageous, wholehearted living.

ABOUT DARING GREATLY AND THE DARING WAY™
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
